Executive Personal Assistant (Part-Time)
Position Summary
Seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy executive and family office. This permanent, part-time role (4–5 hours per day, Monday–Friday) combines executive support, travel coordination, event planning, nonprofit administration, and personal assistance. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 4–5 hours per day, Monday–Friday (Permanent Part-Time)
Location: Sonoma/Hybrid
Compensation: $38–$48 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, reservations, and detailed itineraries.
- Assist with nonprofit administration, fundraising, board meetings, and communications.
- Support investment meeting logistics and executive correspondence.
- Manage personal and household affairs, including family travel, special events, and gift coordination.
- Plan events, oversee invitations, RSVPs, vendors, catering, and event details.
- Prepare professional correspondence, agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and contact databases.
Ideal Candidate
- Executive Assistant or Family Office experience preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Resourceful, efficient, and fiscally responsible.
- Calm under pressure with excellent judgment and professionalism.
- Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to manage confidential information.
- Warm, positive, and comfortable interacting with people from all backgrounds, with a great sense of humor.
