Marketing Specialist II

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

This Position Pays: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Position Type: Temporary, 3-Month Assignment

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, direct mail, broadcast, and other channels.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to support campaign strategy and performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to create marketing materials and successfully launch campaigns.
• Partner with data analytics teams to identify target audiences, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, reporting on key performance indicators and recommending improvements.
• Support media planning, vendor coordination, and advertising initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
• Assist with annual marketing planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide quality control, proofreading, and general marketing support for department projects.
• Coordinate and support member, community, and company-sponsored events as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and community partners.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, communications, or a related role.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, advertising, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed, results-driven recommendations.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing-related platforms and tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
