Location: Coral Gables, FL

Pay rate: $40/hr

Assignment dates: 5/13/26 - 7/24/26

Shift: Day

Qualities we are looking for:
  • Candidate with experience in Executive Assistance (project management could be applicable).
  • Fluent in Spanish - we need support attending Mexico calls & communicating with our Mexico team.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (previous experience working for a start-up).
  • Tech savviness - strong skillset managing outlook, teams, SharePoint, calendars, meeting rooms.
  • Resourceful with a get it done fast & right attitude.
  • Very organized, with a strong attention to detail.

What we need help with:
  • Monitoring Teams & WhatsApp Chats.
  • Managing an action items tracker.
  • Joining meetings on behalf of the team, recording the calls and following up on action items.
  • Supporting team on 3 country integration & readiness review.
  • Supporting with Training deployment, supporting all the admin back-end work to launch rosterfy and ensure all of our staff have the right training assigned to them.
  • Managing on-boarding and off-boarding checklist for FIFA.
  • Supporting a group email inbox.
