Office Manager

You are an organized, customer-focused Office Manager who enjoys wearing many hats and keeping a small office running efficiently. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you serve as the central point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers. You are eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow with the company.

Location: Billerica, MA

This Position Pays: $28–$35/hour DOE

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage daily office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Assist with HR administration, employee support, and annual renewals.
  • Process sales orders, purchasing, inventory, and receiving of goods.
  • Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and office documentation.
  • Support process improvements and assist with special projects as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing spreadsheets, purchasing, inventory, and sales order processing.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a small office environment.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and grow within the organization.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Marketing or social media experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO compliance or quality management systems.
  • Experience in the signage or manufacturing industry.
