Job Summary

Lease Administrator

You are a detail-oriented and organized leasing professional with experience in commercial real estate administration and strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager. You thrive in a fast-paced office environment, enjoy supporting leasing operations, and have excellent communication, data entry, and marketing coordination skills. You are proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Location: Petaluma, CA (Onsite) Mon – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

This Position Pays: $26/hr

Temp opportunity with potential for hire

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Enter fully executed commercial leases and amendments into Yardi Voyager
  • Maintain lease abstracts, rent rolls, and listing agreement records
  • Support the leasing team with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Process commission invoices for payment
  • Update company website, LoopNet listings, and marketing materials with current vacancy and property information
  • Create brochures, flyers, advertisements, and property marketing content
  • Upload and manage property photos and videos
  • Respond to inquiries regarding available properties
  • Participate in weekly leasing department meetings
  • Assist with general leasing and occupancy support initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Experience using Yardi Voyager is required
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, leasing support, or commercial real estate
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and graphic design software
  • Adobe Illustrator experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, brokers, and internal teams
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
