You are a skilled HVAC Technician with hands-on experience performing repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You are experienced in servicing air handlers, exhaust fans, rooftop package units, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC controls. You also support general building maintenance and respond quickly to emergency issues within facilities.

This Position Pays: $50 -$50

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Service air handlers, exhaust fans, rooftop package units, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC controls.
• Complete general building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues within buildings.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Reduce reliance on external vendor support.
• Minimize equipment downtime through timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain strong in-house maintenance capabilities.
• Ensure fast and effective emergency response times.
• Support the team’s ability to complete employee-requested work orders efficiently.

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma required; HVAC trade school certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience.
• Strong team-building skills and ability to work effectively in a group setting.
• Knowledge of building management systems (ALC software experience is a plus).
• Ability to share HVAC knowledge and mentor coworkers.
