Location: Dallas
Pay rate: $23/hour
Assignment dates: 6/8/26 – 7/20/26
Shift: Day
What you will do:
- Reporting directly to the Senior Coordinator, Transport Client Services Referees.
- Daily operation of Transport Welcome desk according to procedures and operating plan.
- Providing a welcoming, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all client groups.
- Checking in TMM / IFES of transport service booking and confirming with load zone staff that car is ready and waiting for client at correct load zone.
- Assistance and coordination of dispatching of vehicles.
- Escorting of clients to load zone, facilitating all movements in coordination with client booking system in relation to arrivals & departures (liaison with FWC26’s dispatching service).
- Provision of all accurate transport information concerning client tournament transport services, public transport services (schedules / routes / travel time), taxi service, client general information, distribution of information and directing clients to tourist information/other services as required.
- Assisting clients with any issues.
- Daily reporting as required.
What you bring:
· Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong asset).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
· Business Professional clothing (Dark suit preferred)
· Organizational skills with attention to detail.
