Executive Assistant
Petaluma, CA
You are a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Owner of a growing commercial electrical company. This role is critical to optimizing the Owner’s time, managing key administrative functions, and supporting business operations including licensing and contracts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, commercial trades industry and demonstrates strong attention to detail, discretion, and technical proficiency
This position pays: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Manage the Owner’s calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Oversee and prioritize email communications and time management
- Coordinate and track special projects, including licensing and contract documentation
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Support administrative and operational initiatives to improve workflow efficiency
- Serve as a key liaison between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role (related industry experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
