Monday thru Thursday 9:00am – 2:00pm

You are a dynamic and motivated Office Manager ready to thrive in our fast-growing startup located in downtown Seattle. This role offers you the chance to manage a wide range of office duties in a fast-paced environment, where your ability to stay organized, juggle multiple projects, and maintain excellent attention to detail will be essential. You will excel by anticipating the needs of our employees and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With experience in managing startup office operations and a background in administrative roles, you will be a key player in driving efficiency at our growing tech company.

This position pays: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the face of the company by welcoming new hires and external visitors, including partners, job candidates, and customers
  • Ensure a professional working environment that includes, but is not limited to, keeping the common area, supply room, conference rooms, and kitchen area tidy and ready for visitors at all times
  • Ensure snacks and drinks are always well stocked, expired items are discarded from the cabinets, refrigerator & freezer and coffee machines are stocked with fresh water daily
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors including property management, lunch, beverage and snack delivery, janitorial staff, etc.
  • Manage employees’ office access via ProDataKey
  • Keep track of all supplies, source cost savings, and maintain inventory
  • Be the subject matter expert along with IT on the conference room AV equipment and be ready to help employees and guests as needed when setting up for meetings
  • Ad hoc Executive Assistant tasks including expense reporting, calendar management, and travel arrangements
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations, office management, or executive administrative role
  • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, balanced with a drive to get things done, ability to prioritize, problem solve, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Apple technology, and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
This position works part-time from our downtown Seattle office, M-Th 9am-2pm
