Job Summary

You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Associate supporting Technical Support operations within a collaborative training and laboratory environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing SAP order processing, customer communication, and office coordination while ensuring seamless support for internal teams and on-site training activities.

This Position Pays: $25.19 – 34.66
Hours: 8am – 5pm

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Place and manage replacement and troubleshooting orders in SAP, ensuring timely shipment to customers and field staff
  • Process instrument and product returns using SAP and related systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders during training sessions
  • Document customer communications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.com during low staffing periods
  • Provide on-site administrative support, including office supply management, shipment receiving, and correspondence routing
  • Coordinate occasional on-site customer support logistics, including lunches and travel arrangements
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow, efficiency, and documentation

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3–5 years of SAP experience (required)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, DocuSign, Power Automate, and Teams Agents (preferred)
  • Adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn
