Job Summary

This role is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates interested in becoming a Warehouse Operator. Responsibilities include managing warehousing tasks in the SAP system, such as receiving goods, putting materials away, inspecting components, performing cycle counts, and preparing and picking materials for production. You may also be tasked to assist in other departments when needed.

 

This position is for a second shift (Hours: 1:30PM to 10:00PM). An initial four-week training period will be conducted during first shift (Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) prior to transitioning to second shift.
$20.63 - 28.37

 

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Performs daily routine tasks: receives, stores, picks, packs, ships and/or distributes materials while performing real-time transactions in SAP ERP system.
  • Performs cycle counts and other inventory transactions.
  • Verifies goods received against documentation.
  • Performs initial quality check on incoming product.
  • Maintains shipping and receiving materials by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
  • Utilizes motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials, parts, supplies and equipment as instructed. May operate a forklift.
  • Loads and unloads trucks and other distribution channel storage and transportation containers. 

What You Bring:

  • High School Diplomas, GED, or equivalent.
  • Related shipping/receiving experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with perishable products preferred.
  • Must be able to be forklift-certified and have a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Microsoft and Excel familiarity, SAP experience is plus.
  • Goal-oriented team contributor.
