Corporate Recruiter (Contract – 6–9 Months)
Campbell, CA - Hybrid

You are a Recruiter who will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a fast-paced technology organization. This role partners closely with the hiring team in the U.S. and provides occasional support for EU hiring, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process from requisition intake through offer.

This position pays: $40 to $44 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members in the U.S., with occasional support for EU hiring needs
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
  • Handle all recruiting coordination and administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
  • Draft and process offer letters and support offer approvals
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS (Jobvite)
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a semiconductor or technology company or staffing organization
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and recruiting operations
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems; Jobvite experience preferred
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
