HR Manager (Temp / Temp-to-Hire) BILINGUAL (SPANISH)

You are a senior-level HR professional with strong expertise in compliance, benefits, and payroll. You are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a workforce of approximately 100 employees in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Rohnert Park, CA
This Position Pays: $40–$45/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You Will Be Doing:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Support weekly payroll processing for ~100 employees
• Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll operations and reporting
• Prepare and understand payroll-related journal entries
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Monday.com for HR and payroll tasks

What You Bring:

• Fluent in Spanish
• High-level HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, benefits, and payroll
• Experience supporting weekly payroll for 100+ employees
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop
• Solid understanding of journal entries and payroll accounting
• High reliability, organization, and attention to detail
