You are a reliable and service-oriented Workplace Services Support Specialist who ensures smooth daily operations across reception, mailroom, and facility support functions. You uphold a professional presence while delivering consistent, high-quality support to staff, visitors, and multiple NorCal sites.

This Position Pays: $20-$25

What You Will Be Doing:

Workplace Services Support

• Inventory and restock coffee, tea, and break-room supplies across NorCal sites.
• Coordinate conference room setups, confirming accuracy for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with janitorial staff and perform site walks to ensure facility standards.

Receptionist

• Backfill reception during PTO, sick days, lunches, and breaks.
• Greet and assist visitors, guests, and vendors while managing check-ins.
• Serve as the primary switchboard, routing calls to corporate staff, technical support, and customer service.
• Assist executive administrative assistants with visitor processes.

Mailroom Courier

• Support daily mailroom operations, including pickup and delivery across the Hercules campus.
• Operate postage machines, UPS label makers, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
• Assist with shipping and receiving needs to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of mailroom and shipping/receiving experience (desired).
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience (desired).
• Proficiency operating postage meters, mail sorters, and related equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• SAP experience preferred.
• Professional appearance, communication, and customer service skills.
