Recruiting Coordinator
You are a detail-oriented, people-focused professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Location: San Rafael, CA (In-person, one remote day per week)
This Position Pays: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
What You Will Be Doing:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Manage and update candidate information across the ATS and related systems.

Track and report recruiting metrics for short- and long-term planning.

Assist with the implementation and calibration of new systems, including ATS platforms.

Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with resume and phone screening during high-volume periods.

Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of recruitment coordination experience.

Experience implementing or calibrating ATS or related HR systems preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Professional, approachable communication style with sound judgment and discretion.

Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace; eager to learn new tools.
