Recruiting Coordinator

You are a detail-oriented, people-focused professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Location: San Rafael, CA (In-person, one remote day per week)
This Position Pays: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You Will Be Doing:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Manage and update candidate information across the ATS and related systems.

• Track and report recruiting metrics for short- and long-term planning.

• Assist with the implementation and calibration of new systems, including ATS platforms.

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with resume and phone screening during high-volume periods.

• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment coordination experience.

• Experience implementing or calibrating ATS or related HR systems preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Professional, approachable communication style with sound judgment and discretion.

• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace; eager to learn new tools.
