HR Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist (Part-Time, Temporary – 3 Months)

You are a friendly, organized, and bilingual professional who thrives in a people-focused environment. You enjoy being the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting HR operations with efficiency and positivity. You bring professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to every interaction

Location: San Rafael, Ca (On-site 100%)
This Position Pays: $23 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

What You Will Be Doing:

• Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and walk-in candidates.
• Facilitate key and badge assignments and manage returns.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces and employee bulletin boards.
• Support HR initiatives such as employee programs, enrichment events, and celebrations.
• Provide Spanish/English interpretation and translation as needed.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing, HRIS updates, and training logs.
• Sort and distribute interoffice mail.
• Report safety concerns and support a safe workplace environment.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior experience in reception or front-facing administrative roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools such as Gmail and Slack.
• A positive, professional demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and remain on-site for the duration of the shift.
