Bookkeeper – QuickBooks Online (Contract)
Napa, CA Onsite
You are a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end closing processes for our business operations.
This position pays: $32 to $34 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and reconciliation
- Update, examine, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Perform month-end close activities and prepare financial reports
- Reconcile American Express receipts and other company accounts
- Obtain, verify, and record primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and post numerical data to appropriate accounts
- Review and confirm the accuracy of business transactions
- Provide administrative support for accounting and finance functions
What you bring:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Fundamental understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and professional integrity
