Bookkeeper - QuickBooks Online (Contract)

You are a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end closing processes for our business operations.

This position pays: $32 to $34 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and reconciliation
• Update, examine, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Perform month-end close activities and prepare financial reports
• Reconcile American Express receipts and other company accounts
• Obtain, verify, and record primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and post numerical data to appropriate accounts
• Review and confirm the accuracy of business transactions
• Provide administrative support for accounting and finance functions

What you bring:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Fundamental understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and professional integrity
