HR Specialist
You are a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives
in a fast-paced environment. You excel at guiding employees through onboarding
and offboarding, resolving payroll issues, and supporting HR initiatives. You
have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and you
enjoy collaborating with teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite full time)
This Position Pays: $30/hr
Schedule: Mon – Friday 8am
– 5pm (1 year contract)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create
and maintain accurate employee records and related documentation. - Profile
creation and management in ADP. - Perform
data analysis and manage HR metrics. - Reconcile
payroll issues and assist with audits and compliance reporting. - Support
onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. - Respond
to employee questions regarding benefits and compensation. - Participate
in other people-related projects and help maintain HR programs and
policies.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s
or associate’s degree in HR or a related field, or 1–2 years of relevant
HR experience. - Knowledge
of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office, including Excel; experience with HR software (ADP
preferred). - Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. - Strong
organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a
high-volume environment.
