Sr. Global Accountant – International Transfer Pricing
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Hours: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for international coordination
Employment Type: Temporary (3–6 months) with strong potential for permanent placement
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel (20-40%)

You are a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with experience in international transfer pricing to support multi-country accounting operations across the U.S., Malaysia, and India. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a global environment and has prior accounting experience with an international staffing firm, Big 4, or multinational corporation. The position offers remote flexibility and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

This position pays: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and transfer pricing allocations across global entities
• Process and track international expense allocations and cost distributions
• Support accrual accounting processes, including month-end and quarter-end close
• Assist with multi-country payroll reconciliation and expense management
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with international tax standards
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and documentation
• Support audit requests related to intercompany and transfer pricing activities
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (20–40%)

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, including transfer pricing exposure
• Experience managing multi-country accounting operations for a global staffing company (U.S., Malaysia, India preferred)
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and month-end close procedures
• Experience in payroll processing or reconciliation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration

Preferred:

• Experience with global staffing or consulting firms
• Familiarity with US GAAP and international accounting standards
• Background in intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency transactions, and multi-jurisdictional tax compliance
