Customer Service / Sales Assistant

You are a stellar customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting customers, handling high-volume sales, and being a dependable team player. You take pride in creating a positive experience for every customer and keeping the showroom organized and welcoming. Knowledge of tile or home improvement materials is a plus.

Location: Santa Rosa, CA
This Position Pays: $22-$25/hr
Schedule: (TEMP TO HIRE) Tuesday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You Will Be Doing:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process customer orders, invoices, and related paperwork
• Maintain showroom displays, samples, and cleanliness
• Order and receive materials and supplies
• Conduct stock checks, take inventory, and make bank deposits
• Support management and team members with additional tasks as needed

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive work ethic
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of tile or construction products a plus
