AP Specialist

You are an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys working in a close-knit team environment and thrives in a hands-on, detail-oriented role. You bring strong QuickBooks skills, the ability to manage AP independently, and experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses—ideally in the wine industry.

This position pays: $25-30/hour depending on experience

Location: Geyserville, CA

 What you will be doing:

• Managing full-cycle Accounts Payable for multiple brands
• Processing medium-to-high invoice volume with accuracy and attention to detail
• Matching purchase orders, coding invoices, and ensuring timely payments
• Maintaining vendor files, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting a small, collaborative accounting team while working independently on AP tasks
• Utilizing QuickBooks Desktop for daily processing and reporting
• Assisting with manual AP processes in a traditional, hands-on environment

What you bring:

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Prior experience handling AP in small to mid-sized businesses; winery experience a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable collaborating with both introverts and extroverts
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
