Job Summary

People Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)

You are a  detail-oriented and highly organized coordinator who thrives on structure and accuracy. You’re motivated to deliver a seamless employee experience, comfortable working across multiple systems, and ready to support HR operations with professionalism and care.

Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid)
This position pays: $24/hr

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage the full I-9 process for newly acquired employees.

  • Maintain accurate trackers and enter data into the third-party I-9 vendor system.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing support and answering questions.

  • Send communications, follow up for compliance, and escalate as needed.

  • Audit data, submit tickets for corrections, and ensure issues are routed and resolved.

  • Keep stakeholders updated on timelines, progress, and potential hurdles.

  • Support additional HR projects as needed while modeling CBRE RISE values.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

  • Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to follow established procedures with close attention to detail.
