Technical Program Manager

You are a Technical Program Manager to support hardware development efforts within the Advanced Hardware Engineering team. This team is responsible for delivering all autonomous hardware, infotainment ECUs, and electrical components that will power Company’s future fleet of self-driving vehicles. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and product leaders to help structure development efforts, drive deliverables, and align engineering execution with corporate strategy. Are a highly organized and proactive program manager with a strong engineering foundation and a knack for keeping cross-functional hardware/software development efforts on track. You’re collaborative, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment where you can solve complex problems and scale delivery processes.

This position pays:$80 -$84 hourly

Location:On-site in Foster City, CA

What you will be doing:

• Translate corporate strategy and milestones into detailed hardware product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with engineering and finance teams to define and track headcount, budget, and resource needs
• Establish and manage reporting, communication, and risk mitigation workflows across cross-functional teams

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience in hardware program or engineering management with a strong record of delivering HW/SW integrated systems
• Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize in a dynamic environment
