Job Summary

 

You are an Inventory Control Supervisor responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records. You lead inventory control staff, support operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company procedures related to stock counts, returns, and recalls.

This position pays: $28-$32

What you will be doing:

  • Monitoring all cycle count programs to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Managing inventory transactions, returns, and product recalls per company procedures.

  • Supervising inventory control staff, performing performance reviews, and ensuring team objectives are met.

  • Communicating with the Inventory Manager and contributing to process improvements.

  • Performing clerical duties such as data entry, answering phones, and assisting customers.

  • Working in both office and warehouse environments, including use of forklifts and pallet jacks.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in construction, building trades, or inventory control (preferred).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and ERP systems like Sage.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting, bending, and operating equipment.
