Senior Account Clerk (Part-Time – Treasury Division)

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Clerk to support its Treasury Division. This temporary, part-time role is ideal for candidates with a background in financial clerical work and cash handling who are looking to contribute to essential public finance operations.

This position pays: $28.63 to $35.96 per hour

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (onsite daily)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (6 hours/day)

What you will be doing:

• Perform clerical accounting duties with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage daily cash deposits and support treasury operations
• Complete reconciliation end of day
• Prepare, verify, and review accounting documents and financial reports
• Assist with account balancing, ledger updates, and transaction auditing

What you bring:

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial clerical work
• Proficiency in handling and reconciling cash transactions
• Systems savvy; able to navigate easily
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines
• Nice to have: Experience in public sector finance or treasury division operations
