Oak Product Specialist (Wine Industry)

You are a science-minded, detail-oriented professional with a background in enology, food science, or a related field. You’re passionate about the wine and beverage industry, especially oak integration, and skilled in customer engagement, technical support, and sales. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can apply your knowledge to help clients and drive product success.

Location: Hybrid (Petaluma - Full Time)
Compensation: $36–$43/hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage oak inventory and forecast product demand
• Process orders, maintain data records, and generate internal reports
• Track and document customer feedback and trial outcomes
• Provide technical support and consultation to customers and internal teams
• Partner with sales reps for post-sale technical assistance
• Deliver product presentations and conduct internal technical training
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
• Build relationships with key players in the wine and beverage industries

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Enology, Food Science, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in the wine industry, with oak product exposure
• Technical support or customer-facing experience highly desirable
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Salesforce)
• Solid understanding of oak science and winemaking; lab/microbiology knowledge a plus
• Sales experience and ability to travel as needed (valid driver’s license required)
