Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we are seeking a Brand Marketing Associate looking to take their career to new level. Seeking candidates with campaign execution experience with CPG.

What you will be doing:

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders.

• Maintain well-organized and accessible records of marketing metrics and past campaign results.

• Coordinate and drive all in-store programs, digital points of sale, and other trade marketing activities to enhance brand penetration, increase awareness, boost sales velocities, and strengthen retailer partnerships.

• Utilize IRI, Spins, and other syndicated data to track and analyze promotional performance.

• Actively seek out and participate in retailer, distributor, or brand programs and events to stimulate sales and expand market presence.

• Organize trade shows and provide support to the sales team during these events.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of Sales or Marketing experience within CPG industry; Trade Marketing experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with consumer goods, retail environments, and marketing principles is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field required.

• Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and readiness for change as company continues to expand and adapt during our growth.
