GL Accountant
Location: Vacaville, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

You are an experienced and detail-oriented GL Accountant to join our dynamic team in Vacaville, CA. You will play a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and operational accounting for a cutting-edge manufacturer in the personal aviation space. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and support strategic business operations.

This position pays: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Prepare monthly close entries, accruals, and financial reports per calendar deadlines
• Process customer deposits, billings, and manage aircraft sales revenue
• Reconcile bank accounts and post related transactions
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Audit and process employee expenses using travel expense systems
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation for year-end audits
• Support direct and indirect tax filings in collaboration with external tax professionals
• Provide ad-hoc financial reports to management and cross-functional teams
• Act as a financial liaison across departments

What you bring:

• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, including budgeting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certification required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; experience with IFRS is a plus
• Manufacturing industry experience, including costing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (MS Dynamics)
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Ability to start before 6/20 for transition training
• Mandarin fluency and supervisory experience are a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
