You are an eager, hardworking, Lift truck operator. Operating a sit-down forklift and double forklift in the distribution center. Loading and unloading trucks with pallets of beverage and staging for shipment. Requires current certification and close to 5 years forklift operating experience.

Location: West Sacramento, CA
This position pays: $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
Shift: Primarily Graveyard. Must be flexible.

What you will be doing:

• Operating double forklift, inspect forklift, and submit reports for forklifts conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and always work as safely as possible.
• Accurate loading of outbound shipments and receiving finished goods.
• Properly documenting any changes on Bills of Lading
• Understands and complies with truck loading procedures, including chocking wheels, correctly placing trailer stand and glad hand lock, as well as other aspects prior to loading or unloading trailers.
• Builds loads and/or pallets according to customer requirements.
• Operates Floor Scrubber, Baler, Foamier, Pressure Washer, and other equipment in the normal course of completing duties.
• Assist with physical inventories and clerical duties, including working in warehousing systems, e.g., SAP, and ILS.

What you bring:

• 3-5 Years of forklift experience required with double lift experience preferred.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail, maintains excellent organization, and time management skills.
• Displays a professional attitude, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities, enabling professional interactions with both customers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.
• Average math skills and basic computer skills.
• Warehouse experience in the Beverage industry preferred.
• Flexible to work any shift
