Capital Projects & Process Engineer

Do you have experience and passion for process optimization and capital project execution? Ready to make an impact in a high-growth, multi-site production environment? We’re looking for a Process & Projects Engineer who can lead facility upgrades, oversee complex installations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across three state-of-the-art manufacturing locations.

Compensation: $100-150K

Location: Sonoma County

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the execution of 2025’s capital improvement initiatives – including the installation of high-capacity tan line relocations, and plant layout redesigns across three facilities.
• Translate blueprints and technical drawings into actionable project plans.
• Manage internal teams and external vendors across multiple concurrent projects with a sharp eye on timelines and budgets.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to ensure safe, seamless execution of facility upgrades.
• Support permitting, quality control, cost analysis, and process validation across sites
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure projects align with long-term production goals.

Your Strengths:

• 5+ years in manufacturing project management within a similar automated production setting. Food, wine or beverage manufacturing a plus
• Skilled at managing multiple construction and engineering projects from scope to completion.
• Strong familiarity with manufacturing layouts, facility design, and installation of tanks or production lines.
• Excellent at reading blueprints, evaluating vendor proposals, and keeping project stakeholders in the loop.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, works well with cross-functional teams, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on when needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
