Job Summary

You are  a detail-oriented Quality Technician with experience supporting Quality Engineers in product validation, PPAP, First Article Inspection (FAI), dimensional inspections, and quality testing. Skilled in blueprint reading, hand-measuring tools, CMM, data analysis, Microsoft Excel and Word, PFMEA, control plans, CAPA support, and maintaining quality standards while ensuring accurate documentation and continuous process improvement.

This position pays: $22–$30 Hours 

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What you will be doing:

  • Assist Quality Engineers to complete validation and PPAP tasks including First Article Inspection (FAI), performance or functional testing, and report writing.
  • Must have measuring experience
  • Perform dimensional layouts using hand-measurement tools and CMM
  • Conduct print reviews for new or revised products (Blueprint Reading)
  • Tabulate sample data utilizing statistical programs. Assist in compiling technical reports and summaries using Microsoft Word or Excel.
  • Create and update process flow diagrams, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), and control plans for new or revised products.
  • Collect and analyze product data as directed by Quality Manager or Engineers.
  • Support corrective action activities as needed.
  • Provide back-up support for Receiving and Final Inspection when required
