You are a hands-on production professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are comfortable performing a wide range of tasks including material receipt and verification, equipment calibration and operation, labeling, sealing, dispensing, capping, torquing, kitting, and assembly. You are physically capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., working around machinery, freezers, coolers, dry ice, and hazardous materials while consistently wearing required PPE and maintaining safety standards.

This Position Pays:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You Will Be Doing:

• Follow all policies and procedures related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Systems
• Inspect products using visual, automated, electronic, and mechanical inspection methods
• Dispose of scrap and waste properly
• Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials and supplies
• Comply with 5S and all safety requirements
• Monitor and maintain inventory at assigned workstations
• Perform math and measurement calculations and complete required documentation
• Keep Lead informed of any abnormal production issues

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• SAP transaction experience (a plus)
• Experience operating manual, semi-automatic, and automatic production machinery
• Team-oriented, flexible, detail-focused, and quality-minded
