You Are a supply chain professional who owns the replenishment and deployment plan for a specific product portfolio. You manage STR-STO conversion, TMS load-building, and global material movement while driving accuracy, alignment, and proactive communication across the supply network.

This Position Pays: $45-$62

What You Will Be Doing:

• Owning the replenishment and deployment plan of finished goods in SAP and maintaining master data accuracy.

• Executing STR-STO conversion, building and monitoring load plans in TMS, and ensuring timely shipments through daily SAP/TMS exception management with distribution centers.

• Monitoring production plan attainment weekly/monthly to prevent supply interruptions and balancing allocation requests to avoid shortages.

• Working closely with regional supply planners to meet customer service and inventory targets, and supporting S&OE and OTIF performance.

• Proactively communicating product availability, risks, and inventory gaps to Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.

• Reviewing PBI and SAP reports to identify shortages and coordinating cross-functional mitigation actions.

• Performing data validation for SAP/TMS/Kinaxis releases and system enhancements.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply, Deployment, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Materials Management.

• SAP experience preferred (ECC, APO, PAM, TMS) or similar ERP system.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

• Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving strengths; PBI preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence in a matrix environment.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
