Recruiting Coordinator

You are a detail-oriented and proactive recruiting professional with experience in healthcare talent acquisition. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and are committed to providing a positive candidate and internal team experience. You maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a keen eye for accuracy in every task.

Location: Larkspur, CA (1–2 days on-site training, then remote)

This Position Pays: $30.00/hr; Term: 3 months, possible permanent hire

What You Will Be Doing:

• Maintain job postings across platforms, ensuring consistent branding.

• Source candidates from multiple databases and expand applicant pools.

• Identify staffing agencies for clinical roles and manage contracts/paperwork.

• Coordinate job fairs, clinical speaking engagements, and community recruitment events.

• Track and report recruiting metrics, including DEI metrics, for internal and board meetings.

• Conduct reference and background checks, pre-employment assessments, and drug screenings.

• Manage candidate activity in ATS, generate offer letters, and maintain application/resume files.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize recruiting processes and technology.

• Support the Recruiter and HR Director as needed.

 What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse a plus), job boards, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn HRIS systems quickly.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
