Salary: $60,000 base annually + commissions
Position Summary
We are looking for a confident, charismatic On-Air Talent / Sales Representative to represent our family of wellness and beauty brands through livestream selling platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, and Instagram Live.
This person will serve as the energetic face of our products—educating audiences, driving engagement, and increasing sales through authentic, high-energy live sessions. The ideal candidate has prior experience in livestream selling, influencer marketing, or product presentation and understands how to convert viewers into loyal customers.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Sonoma County, CA, offering base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Livestreams: Lead frequent live selling sessions on TikTok, Amazon Live, and Instagram to promote products and build brand awareness.
- Engage Audiences: Present products in an informative, relatable, and entertaining way that drives engagement and sales.
- Live Interaction: Respond to viewer questions and comments in real time to maintain a lively and authentic connection.
- Performance Optimization: Track analytics from each session to adjust strategy and improve future performance.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with marketing and creative teams to plan livestream schedules, product features, and promotional campaigns.
- Off-Camera Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare upcoming livestreams with the marketing team.
- Film short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and B-roll footage.
- Develop new creative hooks, scripts, and storylines for future sessions.
- Assist with set design, lighting, and product staging.
- Sales Goals: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, with commissions tied to performance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in livestream hosting, product demonstrations, or influencer-style sales.
- Comfortable being on camera and engaging with live audiences.
- Enthusiastic about health, beauty, and wellness products.
- Skilled in storytelling, improvisation, and audience interaction.
- Creative, organized, and proactive in planning content and shows.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Requirements
- On-camera experience required (social media, influencer, or broadcast).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet during live sessions.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, and Instagram Live.
- Must be available for in-studio work in Santa Rosa, CA.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to manage multiple content initiatives.
