Job Summary

Assistant Planner
Location: Hybrid – In-office (Mon/Tues/Thurs) in Emeryville, CA
Hours Expected: Full-time, 40 hours/week

You are a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Planner to support our Health, Beauty & Cosmetics (HBC) and General Merchandise (GM) planning teams. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and is eager to learn. You’ll play a vital role in execution, team support, and data/report management.

This position pays: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with distribution processes for HBC and GM departments
  • Support execution of planning tasks and team operations
  • Update reports and provide analytical support as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly objectives
  • Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing assignments
  • Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Confident decision-making with limited information
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
