Sales — Customer Service Agent

You are a friendly, personable professional with a strong phone presence and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You’re organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Rancho Cordova (Onsite)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
(Part-time schedule may be considered for students)

This Position Pays: $20.00/HR

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Check for and process incoming online orders accurately and on time
  • Import orders into internal systems and follow up with customers when additional information is needed
  • Create and maintain customer profiles
  • Collaborate with the sales team to keep the website current
  • Track customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate team members
  • Follow up on customer requests or issues to ensure resolution

What You Bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Proficiency with computers; experience with Mac/Apple is a plus
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate records
  • Dependability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
