GTM Recruiter
You are a strategic, hands-on recruiter passionate about AI and building high-performing Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, partner effectively with senior leaders, and embrace AI-powered tools to make recruiting smarter, faster, and more effective.

- Hours: M-F, Full time, onsite
- Temp-hire
- Salary range: $70.00+ p/hour
What you will be doing:
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define candidate profiles, develop hiring strategies, and align recruiting with business goals.
• Build talent pipelines and market maps to support current and future hiring needs.
• Source and engage top talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with People, HR, and Compensation teams on role design, compensation benchmarking, and market insights.
• Leverage AI-driven sourcing, personalized outreach, analytics, and automation to improve recruiting efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
What you bring:
• 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
• Genuine interest in AI and enthusiasm for using AI-powered recruiting tools and workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience scaling GTM teams at a startup or high-growth company, ideally in AI, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with startup compensation structures and equity benchmarking.
• Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting tools, systems, and processes.
