You are  a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will perform assembly, testing, troubleshooting, rework, and quality verification of parts, components, subassemblies, and finished products. You will collaborate closely with engineers to support equipment setup, calibration, process improvements, and manufacturing experiments while ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

 This position pays: 

  • Day Shift:  $22–$24/hour + overtime
  • Night Shift: $24–$27/hour + overtime
  • Location: Santa Rosa, CA

    Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, plus Wednesday, with 12-hour shifts from 

    6:30 AM–6:30 PM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM, depending on the shift.

    What you will be doing:

    • Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and rework of components, subassemblies, and finished products.
    • Support manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and calibrating production equipment.
    • Collect, analyze, and document production data using manufacturing software and automated systems.
    • Monitor manufacturing processes and make approved process adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
    • Partner with engineering teams on process development, equipment validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
    • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and assist in identifying corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

    What you bring: 

     

    • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
    • Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Basic computer skills and experience using manufacturing software or data collection systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
