Palletizer Associate

You Are a  reliable and safety-focused palletizer responsible for operating palletizing equipment to ensure efficient product flow while maintaining quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while following all safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.

This position pays: $28hr

What you will be doing:

• Build Pallets
• Operate and monitor palletizing equipment to ensure smooth production operations
• Maintain a steady supply of pallets and cardboard materials for production needs
• Use basic material handling tools like manual or electric pallet jacks to move finished pallets to designated staging areas
• Manually lift, carry, and stack boxes or materials onto empty pallets based on specific weight and layout guidelines
• Inspect and discard damaged products or ripped packaging before or during the stacking process

What you bring:

• Previous palletizing experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Work well within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to support changing production schedules and business needs
