Sales & Customer Support Representative (Sailing)
You are a friendly, personable individual with a basic understanding of sailing/boating and strong phone presence. You’re comfortable engaging with customers, answering product questions, and assisting with order placement and follow-up.
Location: Rancho Cordova (Onsite)
This Position Pays: $20.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Full-time or Part-time for students)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Answering incoming sales calls and assisting customers with orders re: boating
- Processing online orders accurately and promptly
- Following up with customers for additional information when needed
- Creating and maintaining customer profiles
- Tracking and relaying customer feedback to the appropriate team
- Assisting the sales team with website updates and product information
What You Bring:
- Knowledge and understanding of sailing/boating required
- Strong communication and people skills, especially over the phone
- Proficiency in computers; experience with Mac/Apple is a plus
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks
