You are a highly experienced manufacturing and quality professional with 10+ years in injection molding environments. You have strong skills in dimensional inspection, blueprint reading, CMM use, PPAP support, part validation, and data analysis. You are proficient in supporting PFMEA, control plans, CAPA activities, and technical reporting using Excel and Word, with additional mechanical knowledge in hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, and basic maintenance. You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.
This position pays: $35 to $48 hour
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
What you will be doing:
- Perform dimensional layouts using hand-measurement tools and CMM
- Conduct print reviews for new or revised products (Blueprint Reading)
- Tabulate sample data utilizing statistical programs. Assist in compiling technical reports and summaries using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Create and update process flow diagrams, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), and control plans for new or revised products.
- Collect and analyze product data as directed by Quality Manager or Engineers.
- Support corrective action activities as needed.
- Provide back-up support for Receiving and Final Inspection when required

10 yrs. experience in manufacturing, injection molding machinery
· Good written and oral communication skills.
· General carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills and understanding hydraulics, electronics, and pneumatics
