Palletizer Operator

You Are A reliable and safety-focused equipment operator responsible for operating palletizing machinery to ensure efficient product flow while maintaining quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while following all safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.

This Position Pays: $28 – $28

Two Shifts available:

Morning: 7 am-7 pm

Overnight: 7 pm-7 am

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor palletizing equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

• Perform routine machine adjustments and changeovers, including pallet configuration, pallet centering, and wrap tension adjustments.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and identify basic mechanical problems.

• Maintain a steady supply of pallets and cardboard materials for production needs.

• Inspect finished products and report any quality concerns to management.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, and HACCP requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing assigned sanitation tasks.

• Communicate production updates, equipment changes, and issues with management and team members across shifts.

• Wear required PPE, including hard hat, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses.

• Work flexible schedules, including day, swing, and graveyard shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of previous equipment operation experience.

• Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to make routine equipment adjustments.

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to support changing production schedules and business needs.
