Office Manager / Executive Assistant
You are a highly organized, resourceful professional who enjoys supporting executive leadership while managing day-to-day office operations. Location: Santa Rosa, CA
This Position Pays: $38-$43/hr
Schedule: Part-Time Temporary to Start with Potential for Full-Time (5 days a week on site)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and CTO.
- Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with HR administration, employee records, and onboarding activities.
- Review and verify bi-weekly employee timecards for accuracy.
- Process invoices and coordinate with accounting as needed.
- Order office supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate employee and executive travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for technology vendors, service providers, and executive partners.
- Support office operations, special projects, and process improvements.
- Maintain professional communication and provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of office management, executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience supporting executives and handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications.
- Experience with invoicing, timecard review, and administrative HR support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales support or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
