Venue Logistics – KC Stadium
You are a hands-on logistics professional ready to support one of the world’s largest sporting events. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors across stadiums and Host City venues during FIFA World Cup 2026™.
Location: Kansas City, MO
This Position Pays: $25 /hr
Job type: Contract
What You Will Be Doing:
• Assist the Venue Logistics team in planning and executing daily venue Logistics operations.
• Support the receipt, storage, distribution, and replenishment of goods and equipment.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of Functional Areas and Event Logistical assets.
• Ensure correct setup of furniture and equipment in designated locations with accurate quantities per space.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track assets throughout all operational phases.
• Be compliant with Event Logistics procedures, health and safety regulations, and venue security protocols.
• Support the organization of Event Logistics compounds, storage facilities, and delivery operations.
• Support the PMA team with Team equipment movement during the tournament.
• Support the stadium bump out.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Promote FIFA World Cup 2026™ sustainability initiatives through efficient resource and waste management.
What You Bring:
• Excited to work in a busy stadium and match-day environment.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to remain on your feet and walk throughout most of the shift.
• Comfortable performing physical duties as outlined in the duties section.
• Comfortable working variable hours, particularly on match days.
• Flexible regarding workdays — the five-day schedule may vary depending on match dates and operational requirements.
