We’re looking for friendly, professional, and service-focused individuals to serve as the first point of contact for guests visiting a corporate cafeteria at FIFA Headquarters. This short-term, three-week assignment is perfect for someone who enjoys creating welcoming experiences, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
As a Front of House Ambassador, you’ll greet guests with a warm welcome, verify access credentials, and help maintain a secure and positive dining experience for all visitors. this position is part-time with shifts Mon-Fri 1045am-4pm, 530pm-10pm and weekends 1045am-4pm, 530pm-10pm.
Dates: 6/1/26 – 6/22/26
Start time: 10:45 AM
Pay rate: $20/hr.
What You Will Be Doing
• Welcome employees, guests, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Verify guest access by scanning or swiping employee ID badges and confirming authorization for entry.
• Assist guests with questions and provide directions or basic information as needed.
• Monitor guest flow and help maintain an organized and efficient entry process.
• Escalate access issues to designated supervisors or security personnel when an individual is not listed or authorized for entry.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with guests while following established procedures.
• Represent the organization with exceptional customer service and a positive attitude throughout every interaction.
• Support the overall guest experience by creating a welcoming and hospitable environment.

Position: Front of House Ambassador
Location: FIFA Headquarters, Coral Gables, FL
Duration: 3-Week Temporary Assignment
Schedule: 5-6 hours per day, 3 to 5 days per week
Environment: Corporate cafeteria and hospitality setting
