You are a dependable and detail-oriented International Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes coordinating domestic and international shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and shipping procedures. The ideal candidate has shipping and receiving experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while working collaboratively with different teams

This position pays: $21–$22/hour

Location: Rohnert Park, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you will be doing:

 

  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily operational and project tasks safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Coordinate regularly with the Supply Chain department regarding inventory movement, shipping schedules, and receiving activities
  • Support international and domestic shipping operations, including preparing shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with shipping procedures and regulations
  • Maintain organized inventory locations by cleaning, labeling, and properly storing materials and products
  • Load, unload, move, and store merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Safely unload freight shipments and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Identify and communicate shipping or receiving discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to supervisors or the Supply Chain department promptly
  • Assist with packaging, palletizing, and preparing materials for both domestic and international shipments
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices
  • Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN manufacturing, 5S, and High-Performance Team (HPT) standards
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety practices throughout the warehouse and work areas
  • Perform standard daily responsibilities and additional duties as needed to support organizational priorities and operational goals

What you bring:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must be safety conscious
  • Familiar with Fed Ex and UPS Shipping programs as well as Microsoft Office programs including Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and complete computer terminal transactions and a quick and efficient manner.
  • Must be detail oriented, with careful attention to inventory accuracy. Must be able to cooperate with other employees, teams, and trainers.
  • Must be able to ensure process adherence
  • Strong team player and able to work with people across different functions
  • Able to learn quickly and work effectively without direct supervision.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once with limited guidance.

  • Must be willing to lead, manage, and implement change, including Lean methodology.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to re-prioritize tasks to meet organizational needs
  • Strong inter-personal skills to coordinate efforts with all disciplines within the Division.
