You are a dependable and detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble and test electronic and electrical components, read blueprints perform soldering tasks and work orders, inspect products for quality, and support production operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to multitask while working collaboratively with different teams
This position pays: $21–$22/hour
Location: Rohnert Park, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
What you will be doing:
- Assemble products such as electric motors, computers, electronic control devices, and linear motors
- Install components, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly casings using rivets, bolts, soldering equipment, and powered screwdrivers
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, diagrams, specifications, work orders, and reports
- Inspect and test products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Verify dimensions and clearances using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Populate, modify, or replace components on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
- Identify and correct defects as needed
- Package and label finished products for shipment
- Perform functional testing and support production workflow requirements
- Complete standard and additional responsibilities based on organizational priorities
